São Paulo - II

My aunt here was saying that near her house there are around 10 churches. That's a lot to me. I had forgotten about this high density of churches. Most of them are Christian churches. Others in the list include Seicho-No-Ie, Judaism and Muslim. What difference do they make in the daily lives of brazilians? How come we have such high density of churches and so much injustice and poverty?
