Searching with Windows Server 2008

"I'm still haven't found what I'm looking for" I'm sure the problem is in the way I searched, but this is just not intuitive. I searched for a file and Windows Server 2008 can't find it. Lo and behold! A manual search finds the file! It's there! MS still has a long way to go in this field, Mr G**gle.
