Dear friends from the North,
This is the first post for the Globemerging "planet". The idea is to have a place for conversation. Not just Twitter where you need to "dumb down" your thoughts, but a forum where you have space to expose your ideas and try get some meaningful conversation going.
You may or may not be aware, but there are folks in the South who read about and hear the emerging conversation, if we can call it that. I'm one of those. At times I have other perspectives being from the South, even though it has been 11 years I live in the North.
